Ok, as you all probably know. I am very new to this. During the school year I am doing ok with the plan. I usually miss a day a week but usually not the same day consistently. But Thats now.
In the summer I will be working as a Maintenance Helper for The Sisters Of Providence of St. Vincent De Paul. My duties will require me to push mow, drive the john deere riding mower, general landscaping, yard cleanup .. well basically manual labor. My experience from last year is that this job is very demanding and tires the hell out of me. Anyways my question is .. As this job is in itself an 8 hour cardio workout and a bit of a weight lifting exercise (you have to know my co-workers to know why) Should I change my workout plan to maybe 2 days a week? Right now i am doing 3 days a week and not really having a problem with it. I'm just worried that with the job 8 hours a day that going to the gym 3 days a week might be over training.
Any help would be appreciated.
