I stick to many thanks in anticipation my FT nutrition program well BUT Sunday dinner i must have, roast joint,lots of veg and gravey,and the evil roast spuds. My question is how mutch damage does it do my diet,or am i feeling guilty over nothing.Many thanks in anticipation

It is ok to have a cheat day once or twice a week. This will give your body and mind a break and make it easier to remain strict the rest of the time. Just don't over-do it! You can also throw in some extra cardio to make up for the cheat day(s).

Thanks to you both for advice only once a week on Sunday as its a great family day for us all eating round the same table .Now i dont feel guity hooray AGAIN MANY THANKS

You cannot destroy your diet with just one meal (your body will need at least 3500 EXTRA calories to put on one lb BUT you can "hurt" your diet by eating bad a WHOLE day or every two days etc...)
Go ahead and enjoy yourself Sunday!
