i just bought creatine and glutamine peptide complex and branched chain amino acids...both are made by apex...i have the loading plan for the creatine...i was told to take the creatine 45 mins before i work out w/ a meal and the amino acids after i work out along w/ a protein shake (better whey was suggested)...i was wondering if that is the correct way to take these supplements or if there is a flaw in what i was told to do. also could anyone tell me how much protein i should be taking...i was told in a day you should consume 1g for every pound you weigh. and if anyone had any suggestions they would be greatly appricheated!!!
