I'm a 29 guy who has ALWAYS been the same size and weight. I only weigh a pathetic 115 lbs.!!!!! I am not very active at all and work in front of a computer all day. I almost look at it like it's a pain in the ass to prepare a meal or go get something, so I just don't eat sometimes.
It's been hectic and stressful lately with work and school ( finals are next week!! ) and I'll realize that I haven't eaten anything like all day. I've read that a person's stomach can shrink, so if that's true then what can I eat to expand it so I have a normal appetite, and am able to eat more than a couple bites and being "full". I really want to gain weight!!
