supersets, can be good for both depening on how you do it. Usualy to me its a way to get past a sticking point, or help get stronger. Depening on the set and reps, can depend on the results.
I have persoanlly been doing a rest pause routine for a while on some excercises, and i have to say , my strength and reps have increased 10%
