What kind of goals do you have? I would start basic with a good protein, creatine, L-Glutamine, and most important is a Multi-Vitamin! If you dont take one of those vitamins dont even bother taking that other stuff. That is the most important thing. But thats all you will need for a while because your body will be shocked into muscle growth in the beggining, then later you can add some supps.-snow

Thanks for the advice snow. My main goal at this time is to gain as much quality muscle as I can. Any future advice would be appreciated. - brad

brad lots and lots of protein is a must. tuna chicken cottage cheese canned beef fish etc. i just started 3 mos ago have gained 2.5 in in arms and even more on chest and back. stay away from anything that dont seem right to you. i use a protein drink made by precision engineering called weight and muscle gainer. avail in vanilla and chocolate. 24 grams of protein tons of vitamins and more amino acids than most. 300 cal with water 600 w/2 cups milk. give it a try. most of the overpriced sh@# on the shelves are just that. { in my opinion}

I'd start out with a quality multivitamin and then a meal replacement product or weightgainer. I'd also use creatine and make sure to take in about 1.35 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
