hey, I've been working out solidly for a while now and I'm at the point where I'm looking into supplements.I'm am pretty much positive i need a protein supplement because getting 190g per day is pretty tough. Any reccomendations as to what type i should get, as well as how and when i should take it? Also, is there anyhting else anyone thinks i should take. I'm trying to gain muscle mass as well as lose some fat around my stomach.Thanx alot
Try reading through some of the posts here. There are several where people list the supplements they take and ones they feel you should steer clear of. I found that having one protein shake of 2 scoops of powder post workout adds 40g or more to my total and that usually is enough to get me to my goal.
