i was wondering could i mix my cratine(cell-Tech) and protein together? and when should i take them . and give me your advice on this; people are telling me i should'nt use creatine because its only for gaining size and they say i have that already and i shouldnt use it what do u guys think im new to the whole weight training thing so any advice would help im 250lbs @ 5'11 and im trying to bulk up.
