I am very confused as to the times I should be taking my various supplements. I currently take a multivitamin, muscle milk, and Lean System 7 fat loss supplement. Any advice or insight as to when throughout the day I should be taking these would be greatly appreciated. I very frustrated and do no think I am getting maximum potential. Thanks for your help.

follow the directions on the lean system 7, take your multi with breakfast or morning sncak, use the muscle milk before bed and get a protein powder with less fat in it for after your workouts.
