My whey and creatine both say to take them after work outs. Which one first and how much time in between them? As I work out after dinner, I have a meal after this. How long should the meal be from the protein and creatine?
I read creatine first, 20 mins later protein, then eat immediately after protein? Am I right? Need I change anything as I'm sleeping 3 hours later?
If I work out in the evenings, can I keep this schedule also.

I would start into your prot/simple carb drink, chug 1/2, the sip. About 20 minutes into this, have your creatine. Should have decent levels of serum insulin by then, and a good time. After consuming your shake(about 1 hr.timeframe), then approximately 30 minutes to 45 min. later have a good balanced meal. Try and get in one pre bed also, made up of casein proteins and fats/fiber.

So, it protein first, 20 mins later creatine and 30 mins from the creatine, meal? Right?
