What type of supplements should I use if I wamt to lose fat, but also build in my muscle mass in a short period of time...talking like 2-3 months?

Animal Cuts is a great supp to take by Universal. Check it out, do a search here on ft too for peoples feedback!

I would start with the simple supplement of whey protein. great for gaining muscle and with a good cardio routine will help you lose weight.
