I've been working out for 10 years on & off. Since the arrival of my second daughter about a year ago it has been mostly off. I recently told myself i was going to get my ass back in the gym & try my best to get close to where i was six years ago. With my time constraints it's most likely unrealistic but I'll give it a shot, what the hell right?
Anywho, now to my question. For someone like myself who is semi-dedicated to lifting & doing so on a tight budget, what would you all reccomend for supplements that will give me the best bang for the buck. I read an article stating the best supplements after working out are protein drink (which I already take), creatin & a carb such as bread or potato.
