I don`t believe in any kinds of supplements, although I use proteins from time to time (brain-washed). I`ve noticed that power of mind is what will get you further than supplements. One guy told me that he used to work for a place where they were distributing protein powders and he said that it`s all the same is just the label. Now, I only buy Formula 200 "MuscleMag" own kind. They come cheaper (on sale) I`m pretty satisfied.

EAS has good products, but they try to brain-wash you, and expensive, too.

I use creatine(any kind),vanadil(to help absorbtion of creatine),protein powder, meal replacement shake, tribulus 850 stack(Optimal Nutrition) and a multi-vitamin. And my gains are still going up and am happy with the results.

I use a number of different supplements depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting. The whey and maltodextrin are always there for post workout, and I take glutamine as well. I take creatine during my bulking phase and I can attest to the fact that it works. All protein powders are pretty much the same, the only variance is to the type of protein they're composed of (whey, casein, egg, soy, etc.). EAS products are generally okay. I would recommend buying any supplements online (GNC is way expensive in comparison) - I recommend netrition.com. My favorite for protein powders is Optimum Nutrition.
