Don't take this the wrong way but just going from your question, you are not ready for supplements....get your lifting, nutrition, and lifestyle factors in order....you're 15/16....stick to the basics...you can try taking a multivitamin....
You may also want to explore supplement forum to read up on different types of supplements....(to help gain weight, to help fulfill protein quota, to help recovery, to help lose weight, improve endurance,etc, etc...)
