Help! So many supplements....what do we use? I lost over 200# on Weight Watchers, but because of surgery and a thyroid problem I have gained 80 back. I am on the way back down, but I want help in building muscle this time instead of just losing weight. What supplements do I use? Also, I cannot use the typical fat-buner because of my thyroid, so keep that in mind.

well the best thing to do since you cant take weightloss supplements is just walk, run , or jog 3-4 times a week. Also excercises like pushups, cruches, and jumprope will add lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat
