hie friends,
first of all i would like to express my gratitude to all those of you who replied to my mail, thanks pals.
i have a very demanding job which necessitates that i work up to one o'clock in the morning twice a week. my feeling is that i need a supplement to add to my daily nutrition because i feel tired and slack when i go to the gym. besides i believe that it will help for muscles growth too.
could you please advise some supplements which could help.i can spend up to 40 dollars a month
thanks in advance Keane

A good multi-vitamin will help. It's hard to spend under $40 per month but I do it. I buy NLarge 2 protein powder from prosourceonline.com for $23 plus change and use one scoop per day. Eat your other protein in your meals. They also have creatine for around $25 which will last you quite a while. Lift hard and hope you can afford it.

As long as you're not sensitive to caffeine or ephidrine, try taking Xenedrine before you workout. I always take just 1 pill 30 minutes before I workout and it does everything I need it to. I wake up at 4am and I'm usually starting my workout between 4:45 - 5am. I need all the help I can get to get my but out of bed in the morning. This will also help you burn more fat during your workouts.

Hmm.. I think I spend less that 40 a month easily... what are your goals? EAS breaks things down into a pseudo "food pyramid" thing.. I'll see if I can find it to post it.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR OPINION OF SUPER WHEY PRO FROM UNIVERSAL PRODUCTS. I HEARD A LOT OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT FROM FRIENDS AND SOME WEBSITES. DOES IT REALLY HELP THAT MUCH?
THANKS IN ADVANCE KEANE
