Yes. Tons of them. If you are 16 and or a beginner you won't need much with the exception of vitamins/minerals and protein for nutritional support and muscle tissue maintenance. Many of the new supplements coming out today either don't do what they advertise and some are so new that no one really knows if they are going to prove harmful with years of use. Your body is growing like crazy right now due to your age. You've already got every thing you need in production in your body. This is the time you should concentrate on training and diet and not the pipe dreams in a bottle.

Lots of the supplements that r out now a days don't have that much research out on them and a lot of scientist don't know a lot about them. So they could stunt your growth or many other things.

supplements are for the purpose of supporting your meal required when you workout.....they r not medicines. It is also important to know what supplements you use. I dont think there is anything wrong if you use supplements best of luck...uttiya

Let your body grow naturally right now. Don't mess with supplements that are unproven. Stay focused.
