Hello everyone! Just so I understand I have a quick question. If I were going to break it down and not get on everything under the sun, what would be the best 2-3 things to take pre or post workout on a daily basis. From what I have read it sounds like it should be Glutamine and Whey Protein. Is this correct? I am looking to now tone and add lean muscle. I workout minimum 5 days/week both lifting and cardio. Feedback is appreciated.

Also another question the product Hydroxycut does that have actual ephidrine in it?

i think you have it, whey protein post-workout and glutamine. i would also suggest a multivitamin if you are not already taking one.

The post training mix of L-Glutamine, pure whey, and creatine(after the loading phase), is pretty darn potent.

Take this post workout only? Do I take anything pre workout?

Hello, This question goes out to the Advanced bodyBuilders.

I been working out for 6 month and my weight went up from 155-180LBS ..I increased my eating habbits and I also take protein shakes...along with Creatine. Now..The important question is..I see a lot of guys who are buffed at the gym and I know they're on something or they wouldn't be the size that they are...I'm not trying to be A huge huge guy so people would think I compete or something..but I want something to take to help my muscles expand more. Can you guys suggest few things I could take..I don't want anything harmfull but at the same time i dont want to spend my money on useless products

I'm not an advanced bodybuilder by any means, but I have heard that Animal M-Stak is supposed to be a good supplement. It doesn't contain any prohormones and is supposed to be relatively safe. Like rev said when he responded to one of my posts they made it for people who are going to be drug tested and for people who don't want to take prohormones. I'm waiting to try to myself as soon as it comes in the mail.

To lebking: One of the biggest secrets of all time in bodybuilding is very simple, don't change too much. If you are making great gains with what you are doing, why change things. Contrary to advertising hype in magazines, there are no legal supplements that give you "steriod like gains" as they claim. You are doing the right thing now. Stay with it! The only thng I would recommend adding to your supplement arsenal you don't mention is L-Glutamine. Very inexpensive, and invaluable also before and after training.

Not enough....get pharmecutical grade pure L-glutamine. 10 grams before training, and 10-15 grams mixed with your protein and creatine post workout.
