Supplements - Allergy to dairy and egg

Hi guys, I'm allergic to all dairy and egg products...i know that i can't have whey powder so are there any other ways i can supplement this and other egg/dairy related dietry intakes....(without resulting in goat's milk/cheese ..yuck)

soy, tofu, nuts, seeds, you need to combine foods to get a complete amino acid profile, or you can try to eat meat, fish, poultry, .......you can try to get most of your protein intake from complete proteins(meat, chicken, fish, soy) and then supplement the rest with incomplete from other sources...
