I was on the basic mass building program and now this monday (after i get my damn wisdom teeth out) i start the 12 week in-depth training. I was wondering if my current supps are good and if i should add/delete any. thx
Currently: -Pro Performance "Cell Builder" which has your normal phosphorus, mag, chronium, etc. But also has 10g of Creatine, 2g of Taurine, and 200mg of alpha-Lipoic Acid.
-Multi-vitamin
-Xenadrine
-Z-Mass
-L-Glutamine (how much should i take and when?)
-Amino Acid Pills (how much should i take and when?)
Thank you all for the help!!!!

Hey snow,
looks like you are ready to grow! Glutamine should be taken after your workout with creatine (5-10 grams each]. It can also be taken first thing in the morning. Aminos should be taken with food, like a vitamin. Follow the daily dosage recommendations on the label.
I would also suggest a protein shake after your workout - make sure it has 35-50 grams of protein and the same for carbs.
Good luck and keep us posted!

I would lose the Xenadrine. there is no need for thermogenics when you are tring to build mass....

Is gatorade good for post workout with the protein supplements to get in your 35-50 grams of carbs? Or is it just a lot of sugar?

Gatorade is a great source of simple carbs for post workout. I go with a small bottle of gatorade and some isopure after my workout days.

Well muscle does burn fat. If you want to lose your excess fat you'll need to watch what you eat.
