Just wondering if females out there have tried supplements, my goal isn't to loose weight, rather to feel healthy. I would like a supplement that will help me gain muscle and loose fat. Please help!

Eat healthy low fat foods and good complex carbs and exercise. Supplements are not necessary.

I agree with carivan and you can ask for routine blood work next time you are at your primary care provider. It will give you a baseline.
