Well first let me tell you a little about me I'm 41yrs old 6'tall weigh 130 pounds I am on a 3500 cal diet been on it for a month now have seen no weight gain. So I am thinking of adding supplements. So my question is would this help me?
If so what kind?

Not knowing anything else about you or your regimen (read: fill out your profile), let me say this: first, a month is not really long enough to determine if a new program is sufficient or not. Second, maybe 3500 kCals isn't enough. Third, your training may not be conducive to muscle gains. Finally, your rest/recuperation may not be sufficient for muscle gains.

Consider these before trying to add supplements.
Good luck...
