I am not sure what was wrong in my previous posts,they all came blank.Anyways my questions was:- i am going to start cutting up and lose some fat for a few months and just wanted to know if it is worth taking protein supplements during this time,since anyways i would be losing muscle and there won't be any chance for gaining muscle,except they could be taken for minimising the muscle loss..but then can be done with normal foods;I am asking cuz protein supplemets are quite expensive and just wanted to get their total benefits.hope you'll could help me out...
