Due to really bad dieting habits while in high school and the years right after my body has kinda grown an "imunity" to diet pills. I find I have to change brands/types every month or my body adjusts and I don't feel any of the effects. I've tried going off the pills and just doing diet and excersize but I just gained the weight I had lost while on the pills back. . . ok, heres the question, aside from going off them again, can anyone recommend a way to use them w/o having to change them all the time?

yes, take one...change your diet to be much healthier (others on this site, such as bb1fit could help you better with that than i) and get on a consistant exercisizing program. preferably to include weight training and cardio. the pills wont do much if anything on their own...its the hardwork that will melt the excess away. dont just make the execise a mere 10 minutes on a treadmill. work yourself hard to almost exhaustion. you will feel better about yourself and see the best results

I do try to work out almost every day, I do pilates for 20 minutes <beginner here> about 5 days a week, I run 2 miles on an elliptical at least 3 times a week and I try to do weight lifting with my hubby at least 3 times a week as well. As for diet I am doing the drink like a fish thing <at least 150oz. a day>, trying to keep my calorie intake to about 1500 a day <talk about hard to do>, and just in general take some of the advise I've gotten here.

The diet pills most likely helped you to lose water weight temporarily. Your best bet is to adopt a healthier lifestyle...good diet (eating frequently) and sound exercise. These will help you increase your metabolism which will aid you in your fat loss. This is a more permanent solution.

Good luck!
