hey guys,

just a quick question. With a combination of weight training which would be the best if any from the below:

You just need the basic protein powder. Low in calories, but a lot of grams of protein.

That, and maybe some creatine (optional) and your set.
Make the protein shake right after you work out and drink it, thats what I do...
