vitamin 'e' as in exercise...
more fiber, more water, eat lean protein and raw veggies when you are hungry.

eat every three hours, and naturally your appetite will be suppressed. Starvation is only going to slow things down and you will gain weight. A little food(200-300 cal.) every three hours. Cardio in am on empty stomach for weight lose. I drink protein/water, greens to get things starting upon rising. I believe that if we listen to the body it will naturally use its own thermo. as an appetite suppression.
Tell the mind and the body will follow.

There is such great advice (like the advice above) on this board! I do not know of a vitamin that would supress your appetite, however NOW Foods makes a produt called Tru Hoodia and it worked well for me (side effect free!) but only for about 2 weeks :( Good news is by the time it stopped working I had my diet back in check! If your not opposed to taking supplements you might want to give it a go!

Let me say first I am not a fan of fat burning/weightloss supplements.
Now, that being said, I have a friend who I trust his judgement, very reliable source, who says this product works well for appetite suppression. http://www.alrindustries.com/venom_des.htm
As far as hoodia, my wife used it. She found she had to double the recommended dose for any effectiveness. It was a top brand also.
