Hi guys,
I really want to know something from u people.I have a bit of fat in the abs which i want 2 get rid off. I am not asking for any kind of exercise. All i want 2 ask is that i want 2 have a kind of body which will be free from fat but adequate mass.Suppose if i take a fat loss supps then i will lose te excess fat but i do not want 2 lose the muscle that i have.So can i have a combination of both fat loss supp and a mass gainer supp. The mass gainer supp will be free from fat that will prevent from muscle loss and the fat loss supp will help me get rid of the fat.Is it right or am i wrong somewhere???Plsss advice.

No you cannot really put on bunch of lean muscle mass and drop a lot of fat..... Our bodies have a hard time handling the two things in the same time (anabolism against catabolism)

BUT if you haven't really exercised before and suddenly start, then yes in the beginning you'll be able to loose some fat while getting toned.
