Been doing the SBDiet. It works. But I do see that my muscle tone is not what I want. Im using protein shakes to help that and twiking the workout w/ the weights. Im actually enjoying the foods which does include good carbs and good fats. I miss that pasta and sandwich but as I get to my goal I can incorporate those "cheat" days occasionally. Im still in the gym and love the weight room. I'd stay there all day if I could. Something about a rush knowing you PUMPED IT UP :cool: i STILL HATE CARDIO!!! I have found that the stretching has to be as important as anything I do. I benefit a lot from doing about 20 mins of stretch. Let us know girls....SUP SUP
