I am in my 20 and going to be headed into back surgery in a few weeks. I want to get into some type of personal program that will help me get fit again... Any suggestions would be great.
Pick the beginners program under fitness resources and start on your way.
Get as fit as you can before your surgery, then follow doctor's orders for rehab and recovery and ease back into your routine.
