I worked out my biceps and triceps three days ago...Yesterday I noticed that my bicep in the right arm was holding a little fluid and by the end of the day it was two inches bigger than the left...it doesn't hurt....a little sore in the elbow area but nothing bad. Its almost like my whole upper arm is retaining fluid. Its like jello. Does any one have a clue?

Umm havn't heard of anything like that before so I'm not too sure. Your dominant arm does get bigger then the other but not 2 inches, usually it's 1 inch or less.... Your arms will have a pump after working out which makes them look bigger but not after 2 days, usually it ends after 30-45 minutes after you work out.... Kind of weird, can't say I've ever heard this from anyone else. Hopefully someone else will reply and know what your talking about..

get to a doctor. Swelling can be due to injury, infection or disease, or because of a lump you cant see or feel underneath. From what you describe it sounds like you may have Edema, look it up on goodle.

Hope that helps

I think it may be tendinitis.....It started hurting in the joint area today.
