hey everybody. ive working on building mass for about a year and a half to two years now and ive gained some pretty good muscle size. my question is: if i was working on building mass and then switched to strength training, would i loose a lot of size in my muscle or would it make a small difference in the size? because even though im not that big i want to stay where im at or maybe 5-6 pounds heavier and start working on my strength. i really dont want to get any skinnier.

Gee sorry we all have lives too. I think that you might see a small loss of some size....But not that much if any.

Assuming that you're eating enough calories I doubt you'll see a drop in weight, if you're eating more than you need chances are that you'll continue to gain.
