Can you switch exercises that are listed in your program with other exercises that are in the same category under "muscle targeting"? I am having trouble doing the reverse barbell curls and would like to switch that exercise. Thanks

My wrists start to give out ( no jokes please ) - The grip with your thumb on top of the bar seems to put more pressure on my wrists than bicep. I have read over the definition of the exercise several times so I do not feel that my form is off but it may be. I was looking at doing some concentration curls instead

Now, I am confused too. That exercises is listed for biceps on my program and in the muscle targeting section, it lists the bicep as primary muscle and forearms as secondary for the reverse barbell curls. Which one is it because I do not want to miss an area. Also, RW, thanks for the help. I have read serveal of your posts and they have been very helpful
