Hi, I've been taking Hydroxycut for about 2 weeks now but I have heard that Xenadrine produces better results. I want to try it but don't know if I need to wait a couple of days or weeks to switch or is it okay to start with it now. Any suggestions?

Changing would be okay, but I don't think you can tell from two weeks of use whether a supplement works or not. In addition, if you are just beginning the weight loss process and not at a plateau, it will be hard to tell whether your diet or the supplement is causing the drop. I suggests staying away from "weight loss" supplements until you have reached a plateau from dieting and cardio alone. Just a day ago, the feds issued a strong warning and are beginning to investigate fully companies and products that claim "fast" and "easy" results. I think most people here would agree that making a body change is lifestyle change that does not produce results easy or fast. It requires hard work and dedication. I know this goes beyond your initial question, but I just hate to see people waste money and get frustrated when they don't see instant changes in the shape of their bodies.

I have only found one product line that actually works... I have tried Xenadrine, Hydroxy Cut, Animal Cuts, etc...None worked... I am using something else that works every time. My wife has dropped 68 pounds and 6 dress sizes...With it..

Well, personally, diet and exercise still works the best! The problem I have found with all these products is that once people start on them, they become a crutch for them and they never cycle them. There will be a tremendous crash at some point. It is a mental thing, but addiction is addiction. People have been losing weight for years and cutting up for bodybuilding contests without them. Just my viewpoint.

Good Point bb1fit, although I think that responsible use of a high quality and safe product has many more positives than negitives. I do think that diet and exercise are the foundation of any fitness program, however there is NO way that one can obtain all of the nutrients and necessary dietary components from food alone. As far as addictive, the products that I use have no substances that are "addictive" although one does become "addicted" To exercise and feeling great.

I also tried all those diet product and animal cuts seem to work the best for me. Never feel that nervous feeling and I can still sleep at night. But: BB1fit your right about the crash, on the days I don't take them, I just want to sleep. So like with any diet aid out there, go two weeks and off one. I got that advice from my personal trainer and it took a crash to see that he was right.

I never meant not to use them, that was just my observation from clients/friends using them. Used correctly, they are a great aid. As I said, they are often abused. Now I am just talking fat burners(ECA Stack), nothing else. I will be the first to promote quality protein, L-glutamine,and Creatine. And of course health products, vitamins, minerals, healthy oils, and such. The food chain is too contaminated these days to supply all the necessary nutrients needed for our sport, or even a healthy lifestyle. I am totally against the "supplement of the month club". These promising steroid like gains and such are no more than marketing scams. The only thing that will get bigger with them is their bankroll.
