Due to work sometimes it's hard to work the same body parts on the same day everyweek. My work schedule is never the same and was wondering if it's ok to switch my workout days from week to week. Or is it better to be consistent with the days you workout.
as far as i know, the more changes you do on your routine, the better for your muscles not to adapt to your routine and therefore growth.
althou consisntence for a short period is good.
so what i recommend is try to be consistence but if you can`t don`t make a big deal out of it. you will do fine.
