Ok so my left arm is weaker then my right. Specially the front, side delt and the bicep. Now from reading some other threads this subject caught my attention and now this is what i gotta work on. Thing is ,i wanted to try creatine soon. Now should I wait a couple months and work on my symmetry first and then concentrate on really getting bigger with the already good symmetry...
Hope yas catch my drift.... Maybe it doesnt matter at all? You tell me..
