When I do excersizes such as a kickback, concentration curl, one-arm row, etc... I am finding that my right side is not getting the same level workout as my left. I am using the same weight for both sides right now, should I increase weight on the right side or wait for the left side to catch up? Did that make sense? I am seeing progress on the left side, but very little on the right.

I have a similar problem with my left arm but it is due to a shoulder injurey when I was younger. Since the injury I have always compensated by putting forth more effort with the right arm and now I need to catch up with the left so to speak. I look forward to reading the suggestions.

I have the same issues with my left side. My right side, although I use the same weight, seems to be developing much faster than my left side. Upper body especially.

Dumbell exercises will even them up fastest. In barbell exercises, the strong one will compensate the weak one. Do both but emphasize the dumbells.
