Hey everybody!
I was just wondering if anyone had any info for me about this product? I'm not a bodybuilder, I am just looking for a dietary supplement to help me lose weight more quickly. I would like to know if you are/have or know anyone who may be using this product. If you know of any side effects, or have ANY information at all, please fill me in!!!! It is called "T2 Pro Thermogenic Formula" it is made by the company Biotest. Thanks a lot! I appreciate anything you have to offer on this!!! thanks again!

Sorry I have never even heard of “T2 Pro Thermogenic Formula" but from your profile you are new to training as such I would avoid supplements. A healthy diet will give you all the benefits that supplements until you get really fanatical about training.
I am currently bulking up but when I want to lose weight I have found that doing 10-20 min of light cardio work then a set or two of weights then back for more cardio and so on very effective (just follow normal ft program only with the cardio mixed in). Because I am constantly switching I can do this for a couple of hours a day without getting either too bored or too tired to continue. Up until using this routing I have always found fat loss hard but this did the job and not at expense of my muscle – hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick reply. I currently run on the treadmill for forty minutes every single day at the gym, as weight loss is my main goal. I decided that after I reach my goal, I will do weights, however, I think I will try your suggestion. Thanks again!

Buffy....start doing the weights now. If you do them together with cardio you will only speed up your meabolism and sculpt a beautiful body. Just add a good eating habit and you have the map to a pot of gold! Hope this helps.

Wouldn't you rather be toned and tight than just lose weight? Do resistance training. You can not only mold your body to look the way you want, but the lean tissue you gain will go a great ways to helping with the fat loss. This is what you want to do, not just lose weight. Without resistance training, you will lose lean tissue also, and will simply be a smaller version of the shape you are now. Good luck to you.
