how do you guys feel about tae bo? I used to do it a lot, then i got sick and had to stop. I getting back into it now, and starting to do my tae bo again - I do the billy blanks boot camp training tapes with the resistance bands
Some people get good results from it. My girl friend does it for a big portion of her cardio but she also has a pretty good weight routine to go along with that.
I have 4 of the dvd's the advance ones are the only ones that I break a sweat on - most workout videos I don't sweat. So I think they are great. Which reminds me, I need to get moving instead of just sitting here
