Need to get rid of some wieght for my wedding in July
I want to participate in a boxing tournament having done little or no boxing for the last 15 years ( also related to the wedding.)
Anyway here is my plan:
All of the excerises are to be done in 3 sets of 15 reps
except the calf raises, they will be 2*12 reps
For my work i walk around a lot.
Please take a look at the sequence and if this will help me reach my goals. i cant do specific weight training for boxing due to a long time of inactivty.
1 bench press 2 leg press 3 overhead shoulder press
4 leg curls 5 seated cable row 6 calf raises 7 lat pull down
i can workout at the hotelgym, where i work.
Also looking for some advice on a diet, but very difficult, since I work and live on a small island, ST Kitts and Nevis to be precise. And prices for food are staggering.
