I'm quite thin and am doing a huge schedule now thanks to menace :) for my school holidays im wondering if eating takeaway once a week is ok? cause its not like i can't burn it off involved in my workouts anyway is it? is this ok?
Once a week fast food will not hurt you, if you are putting out adequate energy expenditure as I am sure you are with Menace doing your program. May well help to keep you "sane" also.
I would however try to pick the healthiest thing they have on the menu, while still enjoyable.
