HI there guys. Just wanted to let you all know that while I love coming here for motivation and advice, and to see how things are going for those of you who I talk with the most, I am going to be taking a break from visiting free trainers for a while. I'm not used to people being so harsh with me, and the past 2 days it has seemed like everything I have posted has gotten some kind of negative response, even when I don't mean it to. So, you won't be seeing me around for a while, but I'll be back after I figure out how to stop letting comments bother me so much.

Hey... don't let it get ya down... one or two bad apples shouldn't spoil this lot. But, I do understand where you're coming from.

Take a break and we'll see ya soon!

We did jump on you pretty hard yesterday, and I hope that is not the reason why you are leaving. Oddly enough we only jumped on you because we want to help you, tough love I guess. Either way I hope that you will reconsider and stay along, and as for the really mean people, dont worry about them. I got your back, even though I am not a moderator.

I don't know what posts offended you, but I wish you would reconsider and stick around.

CristalBelle, you have been too much of a lifeline for me here as you are always consistently posting and sharing, and I hope you would reconsider, as I matter of fact, I am asking you to, though I may not have much leverage! I think that there are many here that are more than willing to say that you are a wonderful person to have around and I, myself, would miss your posts. Sometimes people say things that hurt intentionally and sometimes they say it without cruel intentions, but it still stings, but we have to overlook it and focus on the positives, of which I think there are many here for you! Well, I better go, before I get speared for writing too much. But you get the drift, I could really use you here, along with many others.

Well...I came back because my mom wanted me to get an average day for a 2100 calorie diet, and in the process read your posts. It's not so much the things that have been said that is getting to me, but the fact that I have been CRYING ABOUT IT! Yesterday I was glad I work alone, because after Hec's "tough love" I cried for like 2 hours. Then this morning I read whatshisfaces post in the overweight forum, and I cried about that. I dunno whats going on, but I don't want to be recieving good constructive critisism and help, and not be able to use it because it hurt my feelings even though it shouldn't.

You all have made me feel that I am wanted here, and that was never a question in my mind (I know you love me!) I'll hang around, but if I am a little quieter than normal, we'll assume I am still working on the not crying thing!

Right here is where we need a kissy face emoticon so I could send a "MUAH" to all of you. Hearts will suffice.

GOOD, glad your stickin' around! Besides, look at poor Pritchard, he has been called a tart and worse but he knows we mean it good heartedly - I hope!! And me, I know that there are those that probably wouldn't miss me a bit, but too bad, we are here and we ALL contribute and count!! :)

Apple tart? Berry tart? Have we ever decided what kind of tart he is? That way we know how long to cook him. :)

Prichard can't be a tart because I started back on my clean eating regime yesterday. He can be cottage cheese or jello, but not a tart.

This is my 2nd day of eating clean (again) and I still haven't lost any weight...

What about a cottage cheese tart, with some turkey and spinach? I think you could probably eat that Anni, and then he could still be a tart, AND we could still cook him!

Anni it is obvious that the clean eating isnt working. If you have been doing it for 2 days and still have not lost weight, you may want to just give up.

Hec, that's what I was thinking. If it was going to work at all it would have worked by now. I guess I will go try something else for a few days and when that doesn't work I will come back and complain. I also have a gym membership and that doesn't seem to be working either because I just can't see my six.

Hec, from your lips to Gods ear.

I go now to nap instead of crochet. I've heard that you lose weight when you sleep. How cool is that?

Lol..Ravenwolf it was not you personally, it wasn't really anyone personally. I really think that not having enough to eat, and a lack of sleep is starting to show. I got into bed last night, and it was too cold, so I cried. I'm a water faucet!

I took some medicine when we had health insurance...it was an anit-depressant that was perscribed as a sleep aid because it did that better than helping depression, however the quality of sleep I got was so much better, and completely changed my life! When we get health insurance again, I might look into it again. On the other hand, By the time we have health insurance we will be able to afford proper nutrition so I might not even need it!

They had a good run. My wife cried when they whipped her Gamecocks. Now they've hired fishlips Spurrier so in a few years, hell will freeze over and the 'Cocks may have a winning season.

I would have to agree with you except Auburn did not play South Carolina this year. You must have been thinking about the other 11 teams South Carolina played. And please do not say " whipped her gamecocks" again. Spurrier will make that team a winner
