A few days ago when I was doing squats my right knee locked up and started causing me pain, it was the start of my workout and i was only doing about 60% of my maximum. I biked a little and stretched and it seemed to go away, i felt like i was chancing it though, and then today i was doing my upper body and i was having some chest pain, do you think i should just take a week off? And if so, during this week should i, or shouldnt i take my creatine and protein supplements?
