Taking both whey and creatine?

my question would be how much of it are you taking but i dont see much of a concern right off the bat because i have started a shake product that has them both in one

It is fine taking them together. Will you build muscle faster??? Can't really answer that one, though research would suggest so. Don't confuse 'fast' with fast food takeout. In other words, fast in muscle building terms is still rather slow.

ive been wondering taking these two supplements for pre and post workout. Is it safe? Will i be able to build muscle faster? im also doing cardio every day and eating healthy.

i figured when i get back in the states in a short few months, ill start taking both creatine and whey, i know after i finished my 5lb whey im gonna get optimoums(WHOA)! 100% whey any suggestion on creatine bb1?

from waht ive been reading, here is how ill be taking both on days of working out. Creatine 1 hour before my workout, and Whey Protein PWO

I just started creatine this week..and still am having my pwo protein shake as well..its too early to tell the benefits yet....but if you didnt know already from taking creatine before or reading the many posts, be prepared to take multiple potty trips :laugh:

oh man thats not a problem, in the marine corp hyrdation is always key haha specially in iraq although its not as hot as it is now since its winter season here. Every morning i wake up to 40 degree weather!

That is interesting about creatine...don't ever remember having those 'problems'. May I suggest a CEE rather than a plain monohydrate if you incurr these problems.

i couldnt wait actually so i ordered me OPs 100% whey extreme milk chocolate flavor yummy and Muscletech Celltech Hardcore! probably gonna take a week to get here in iraq.
