Hello everyone I just got done working out and took me some protein, Now when is it ok to take the cell tech can I take it right after or even mix it with my protein even tho I know that would be horrable. I'm just not sure if they will fight for amino acids or anything else. I'm semi new to all this and I'd like to take them one after another because I work out late, any advice would be great. Btw I got a 7lb thing of cell tech and it only has 35 servings to it taking 2 scoops a serving, has anyone just took one scoop half a serving it says which would = 5 grams of creatine and still get anything or purhaps take half serving celltech=1 scoop and then if u have regular creatin take another 5 of it.. That celltech cost alot lol. Thx in advanced.

a protein, carb, and creatine stack is perfect after a workout. besides the taste (bleh!), they will compliment each other quite well.

you should be able to do half a serving and still get some results, but there are cheaper ways. do a creatine search and you'll see what i mean.
best of luck...

I'm kinda weary of taking this cell-tech now. I just talked to a buddy of mine that works at gnc and he thinks that since I work out at 9 and get done at 11 then come home and take the cell-tech that has lets see 75g carbs. and 75g sugars per. serving and then go to bed about 12 or so that I'm going to gain alot of weight fat wise also, is he right or wrong? 75/75 is alot tho but if I eat healthy all day long It shouldn't have that much effect on me or will it? I'd like to know thanks.

It has 75g of sugar in ONE serving? I thought my Phosphagen was bad and it only has 32g. Oh, and BTW, it is not 75g carbs AND 75g sugar - sugar is the carb.
Okay, now to the question - I work out in the evening, usually about 7 or 8. I take 40g of whey with 80g of maltodextrin (which is a sugar carb) and 5g of glutamine immediately after and then a serving (5g creatine plus the sugar) of Phosphagen immediately after that (I can't bring myself to mix the lemon-lime creatine powder with my chocolate protein - blech!). I generally go to sleep at around 11. Personally, I have experienced little fat gain, even on a hypercaloric diet. I have a fairly fast metabolism, though. The best way to find out how it effects you is to try it and find out.
BTW- a little unsolicited advice, but 2 hours is too long for a workout. You gotta keep that cortisol out of circulation!

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows what is a good protein supplement for women. I'm 26 and weigh 109, i'm looking to add muscle.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any "whey" protein will suffice. Look at the #'s
grms of protein, carbs fat etc, Try and keep the carbs and fat minimal. No aspertame.
Flavours and brands differ depending on ones taste.
