hey, i just wanted to know one thing about the combination creatine and protein. I use pre mix creatine, which has dextro and malto, 6g micronized creatine monohydrate (per scoop), the sugar is 33g and carb is 37g so its not as much as cell tech but im ok with that. The thing is, i know you have to drink protein immediately after workout but this is what i do. I drink my creatine first and then i drink half of my 100% whey protein and drink the rest within 30-45 min, i just wanted to know if that's the right way to go if you want to spike your insulin.

With the sugars in your creatine, you are doing fine this way. The only reason I recommend the dex/malto mix and regular creatine is for adjustment purposes. With what you have, in order to get your amount of creatine, you do not have the ability to adjust your intake as needed of simple sugars to match your LBM.
