Hey ladies, just wanted your opinion on something. Do you ever take any time off from cardio training? A Trainer friend of mine taught me that to re-set your body, it is a good idea to take a week off from cardio and just lift. I usually cycle my cardio and do 3 weeks of the same machine and then switch. What do you think?
Yes it's a very good idea NOT to do any cardio for a little while -espcially when your body is use to always doing the cardio.
Can give you the needed punch to put on more lean muscle.

Thanks for your quick response. I fell of my dieting track for a bit, luckily I've caught it before it got too bad. Anyway, got my body fat done and it is about 25%. So, I was thinking it would be a good idea to take a week off of cardio and start back up again next week. How much cardio do you recommend?
