When taking whey protein,,Glutamine and creatine is there a certain order of taking them after a workout that has been proven to work the best??? I mean you cant really mix creatine with your protein shake...That would be 1 full stomach LOL
I take all one right after the other. Creatine first (mixed with the remaining water from my workout), then protein shake w/ 10g of glutamine mixed in immediately after. Then, I usually eat some oatmeal and chicken or beef for breakfast about 10 minutes later. Seems to work just fine for me.

JB is right. I also just mix all 3 together immediately post training. Just one thing, do not mix your creatine in advance. Mix it just before consuming. It is very unstable in liquid, and in a short period of time turns to creatinine which is nothing but a waste product.
