With the weights you have available, you are probably not going to be doing much bulking up. Not muscle wise anyway. The above reply is correct, it is about your only option. When you can afford it either buy more equipment for your home or better yet join a good helth club.

Muscles need overload to grow, and with what you have you can't do that. There is a big difference between muscle overload and muscle exhaustion, which is probably all you can do with your dumbells.

im a fairly skinny guy myself, im 6"1 and i weight about 165 ive been working out for several months and i see great improvements,what i suggest is eat more, use heavy weights and less reps.
