I just realized something. I don't remember ever seeing a bodybuilder in competition with tattoos. Does having them mean you can't compete or do you lose points?

Some bb's do have them. Some competitions count off points for tattoos, some do not. Some allow for the judge's personal preference. I think you should read the rules and regs for whatever competition you are wanting to enter, and see what each company allows.

A question about the tan. You know on the stage we are almost black from all the stuff we have to put on so the tattoos are less visible.
Oh yes, lots of competors have tattoos.

============= Counting off for tatoo's kinda sucks... I mean how are you supposed to get rid or cover them up... There was a competition around campus a little while ago.. the guy who won it I guess had a really big tatoo on his arm.. but that was like a charity thing so I guess it really didn't matter...
