should i take taurine pill in the morning? will it give me much more energy for the day and working out after school?

also i need some more energy before football practice in the fall so i was wondering if it would help there or should i drink a red bull or just not worry about it. i eat pretty good and get a pretty good amount of sleep but i do need some more energy

it will give u no noticeable help...so


focus on 8-10 hours of sleep, healthy diet, and intense/well planned workouts...


you can try caffein pill or red bull before workouts...they'll give you energy before workouts and supposedly caffeine helps decrease lactic acid build up...so that you can train longer....but this is not necessary it's just a cherry on top...do the big 3 up top...
